Working notes

The assignment.

Image generation becomes useful when the contract is stricter than the prompt. These tools define required inputs, fixed output views, identity invariants, and visual QA checkpoints for ecommerce production.

Selected decisions

01

Lock the subject

Face, body, proportions, garment design, fit, and footwear are treated as invariants across every generated view.

02

Fixed deliverables

Front, back, upper, and lower views remove ambiguity and make each run comparable to the last.

03

Separate the jobs

Outfit fitting, garment extraction, and editorial transfer remain distinct workflows with different source requirements.

Outcome

Repeatable image-production contracts that preserve subject identity and garment fidelity.
